GMSA 2022 Jamboree!

We have made it through our first year back of Golden Minor Soccer! The Soccer board would like to thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm. It is amazing to watch the over 300 players and 50 coaches in action each week!

A special thank you to our board – we have an entirely new board (with the exception of Stef, the registrar and Phil, the treasurer) and it has not been an easy season to navigate. We lost some big board members who had been in it for a long time and those shoes were big to fill – so thank you to Caroline and Navneet for ALL the help and answers to the endless questions we had! We missed two years of soccer so it was a challenge to figure everything out. We so appreciate the time everyone has put in to make this season happen.

We have our year end wrap up Jamboree coming up Sunday, June 12th. It will be jam packed with soccer, food, and awards! See below for the schedule and layout for this year’s jamboree.

Time Age Division Schedule

9:00 U12 10 minute warm up / 2 × 25 minute game
10:15 U7 10 minute warm up / 2 × 20 minute game
10:15 U9 10 minute warm up / 2 × 20 minute game
11:15 U18/U15 10 minute warm up / 50 minute game
12:30 U12 10 minute warm up / 2 × 25 minute game
1:45 U7 10 minute warm up / 2 × 20 minute game
1:45 U9 10 minute warm up / 2 × 20 minute game
2:45 U18/U15 10 minute warm up / 50 minute game
4:00 U5 10 minute warm up / 20 minute game

Please note: each player and coach will get a food ticket. Parents/siblings etc will have the opportunity to purchase food if you would like. Please bring your reusable water bottles.
